The MPSSAA Handbook is a valuable resource for referencing the MPSSAA Constitution, State bylaws pertaining to interscholastic athletics, MPSSAA Sport Committees, MPSSAA Standing Committees, and a directory of member high schools with mailing addresses, Athletic Director email addresses, and phone numbers.  This Handbook is updated annually each summer and reprinted to include any bylaw or interpretation changes as well as changes in committee and school personnel.  This online version is kept up to date with changes as they occur throughout the school year.
