The MPSSAA is extremely pleased to announce the selection of Vicki Rill as the new State Rules Interpreter for Field Hockey.  Vicki has officiated both field hockey and basketball at the high school and collegiate levels including the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament and twelve years at our State Tournaments in both sports. 

     Ms. Rill has also been a long-time member of the Frederick County Board of Field Hockey Officials and IAABO Boards 12 and 214.  Vicki is a graduate of Frostburg University and currently teaches Health and Physical Education at Quince Orchard High School in Montgomery County where she also serves as the Assistant Athletic Director while pursuing a degree in Sports Administration.

     Vicki is preparing for the Officials' Clinics scheduled to begin later on this summer.  Please give her a warm reception when you see her and welcome her to "the team"!
