The MPSSAA is pleased to announce the addition of a new State Rules Interpreter for Soccer.  Ross Burbage has been named as the new Soccer Rules Interpreter and brings a vast experiential background to the job and will hit the ground running this Fall.

     Ross Burbage works for the Carroll County Public School system and has been the President of the Old Line Board of Soccer Officials since 1989.  He became certified as an NFHS soccer official in 1987 and has officiated at our State Semi-Finals and FInals sixteen times.  Ross has also worked in the college arena as a certified collegiate official since 1993 and has held a USSF State Referee certification since 2002.
