The MPSSAA is pleased to announce the addition of a new State Rules Interpreter to for Volleyball.  Edward Tucholski is the new Volleyball Rules Interpreter and brings a vast experiential background to the job and will hit the ground running this Fall.

     Ed Tucholski is a professor at the US Naval Academy from which he is also a graduate.  Ed is a member of the National Capital Area Board of Volleyball Officials where he served as Vice President from 2009-2012.  He holds a Junior National certification and National certification which has enabled him to officiate in AAU and USA volleyball events.  In addition, Ed hold the necessary credentials to officiate NCAA matches for both men and women.
