The MPSSAA State Football point standings for 2021 have been finalized based on all games played through October 30, 2021. These standings reflect the most up-to-date results including official forfeits, updates on misreported scores, and any other corrections that may impact the standings. The MPSSAA football points system establishes which teams from each region qualify for the State Tournament. At the end of the regular season in each of the six classifications, the eight teams in each region, according to the MPSSAA point system will compete in two regional rounds, with two region participants advancing to the state quarterfinals.
Teams who make up games after October 30, 2021 will not have those games counted towards tournament seeding or towards state quarterfinal reseeding.
