A busy week is shaping up for the MPSSAA Office as not only are all six spring sports committees meeting on at 9:30 AM Wednesday, 4/26 at Oregon Ridge Park but the Classification Committee will also be meeting afterwards at 11 AM.  See below for directions to Oregon Ridge Park.

     Directions: Take I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to I-83 North.  Follow I-83 North to Exit 20 West (Shawan Road).  Follow Shawan Road West approximately 1.5 miles. Take a left at the light onto Beaver Dam Road.  Park pavilion is approximately 0.5 mile down on right. 

     A number of fall and winter sport committees have proposed special region or section alignments for the 2017-18 school year that need the approval of the Classification Committee prior to being presented to the Executive Council and Board of Control for their subsequent approval at the meetings in Ocean City this Thursday, 4/27 and Friday, 4/28 respectively.  The Lacrosse Committees also have a proposal to move to a four classification tournament that they are seeking approval from the Classification Committee on prior to their Committee meetings next fall when they have to hammer out tournament plans for the Spring, 2018 season.
