The 2022 swimming and diving state championships were held at the University of Maryland Eppley Recreation Center on February 25 - 26.  The following is a recap of the regional and state championship results.

Regional Championship Entries

The MPSSAA Swimming Championships consisted of the top three individual or relay qualifiers from each regional meet.  In addition, the next 12 statewide times per classification advanced.  

The MPSSAA Diving Championships consisted of the top four male and female divers advancing from their region.
