NFHS Sport Questionnaires

The NFHS is distributing the annual sport-specific questionnaires for winter sports. They can be accessed directly on the NFHS website.

Coaches, Athletic Directors, and Officials are asked to participate in the  NFHS rules-writing process by taking the annual rules questionnaire. It is provided so the opinions of a national sampling of registered officials and coaches will be considered by the NFHS Rules Committee.
