The 2015 State Volleyball champions pounded their way to state titles as Smithsburg took the Class 1A crown (their 11th), Northern-Calvert won the 3A title (their 10th), Rising Sun attained the 2A championship (their 3rd), and Northwest hoisted the State Champion trophy for the first time in winning Class 4A. The Lesley W. Cooke tournament sportsmanship award went to the Towson Generals recognizing the players, coaches, and fans as the best during the state semis and finals.
